The use of a VPN and proxy is not allowed on our platform under any circumstances. You agree that you will not use IP proxying or other methods to disguise the place of your residence, for any purpose. If you do this, we may terminate the access to your account.

The use of temporary / disposable e-mail accounts is not allowed on our platform under any circumstances. You agree that you will not use any temporary or disposable e-mail accounts. The use of this leads to the blocking of your account.

When you create an account with us, you must provide us and our advertising partners information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Virtual Credits

Our on-site currency (also referred to as “Coins”) is not a form of real money. It does not hold any monetary value and may never be redeemed for “real world” money, or other items of monetary value / inherent value.

While we may use terms like “earn”, “shop”, “withdraw” or “redeem” in reference to the virtual credits, we do so only for convenience and such terms in no way indicate that Loot-Empire’s virtual credits hold monetary value or are real money whatsoever. You acknowledge that Loot-Empire’s virtual credits are not redeemable for any sum of “real world” money from us at any time.

We make no guarantee and take no responsibility as to the nature, value, or quality of the features of the service or any third-party goods or services that will be accessible through the use of Loot-Empire’s virtual credits.

4. Chat & Communication

By using Loot-Empire, you agree to accept the rules of conduct in our chat. By using the chat you also agree to the privacy policy of Loot-Empire.

The chat is primarily used for communication and exchange between users on Loot-Empire. Only the prohibitions that are listed below, there are no guidelines about the content of the chat. The users themselves are solely responsible for the content of the chat.

A principle of Loot-Empire is that all people are equal, regardless of gender, origin, religious or ethnic affiliation. In order to avoid digital bullying or harming people or personality, as well as violating privacy, we proceed very strictly with violations of our chat guidelines.

Loot-Empire removes some swear words (so-called ‘bad words’) automatically. However, we cannot guarantee 100% that the chat always complies with the prescribed rules of conduct. Loot-Empire therefore expressly distances itself from any content in the chat that may arise unnoticed by individual users. Loot-Empire endeavors to remove such content as quickly as possible.

The contents listed below are expressly prohibited when using the chat from Loot-Empire:

  • Racism, agitation
  • Insults, swear words, racist expressions
  • Pornographic content in any form
  • Disclosure of passwords, security keys or other sensitive data
  • Spam
  • Share links to distribute advertising in the interests of others
  • Share affiliate or referral links

A gross violation of these guidelines, especially in repeated cases, leads to the immediate deletion of the account. A warning takes the form of a temporary muting for the respective user in the chat.

5. Limitations of Liability

Use of our services is at your own risk. Loot-Empire, its owners and affiliates will never be held liable for any individual’s profits or losses caused by this website. Loot-Empire and its affiliates assume no responsibility for any loss of virtual credits or chargebacks issued by our advertising partners.

6. Acceptable Use

By using Loot-Empire, you acknowledge that you must not utilize the website in any way that may cause damage, harm, or any harmful impairment to both the accessibility and availability of Loot-Empire nor in any manner which would be considered unlawful, illicit, harmful, or fraudulent.

By using Loot-Empire you also acknowledge that we and our staff have at any time the right to access and modify your account balance, information and anything pertaining to your on-site account.

By using Loot-Empire you acknowledge that you have read our guides and FAQs and understood how the service works and its limitations.
