Additional Verification

In some cases, you may be asked to perform a device verification by our support mods. This process is to protect our platform from fraud and is an automatic process. No personal or personally identifiable information is collected during this process.

Reasons for the request for device identification may be:

  • Use of multiple accounts
  • frequent changes of location (suspicion of VPN use)
  • Suspicion of fraud with offers and surveys

Reason for device verification:

We need to make sure that you are also from the country from which you are accessing our platform. It is not allowed with VPN usage to manipulate the country of your device.

How do I perform a device verification?

These instructions are created individually and can be found in your support ticket that you received from us.

How do I view the ticket?

To do so, click on your profile picture and navigate to “Profiles”. Then select the tab “Support”. Click on the open ticket with the button “View”. If you have any questions, you can simply reply to the ticket at any time. If you need help contact us!
