Chargebacks are negative charges to your account. This case often occurs in case of fraud. Chargebacks are performed either automatically by our third-party partners, or by our own support mods. The reasons for chargebacks vary and are explained below:

What are the types of chargebacks and what is the reason?

• Provider Chargebacks: An offer you have made has been cancelled by our provider (automatically).
  • You did not complete an offer or completed it incorrectly.
  • You have given wrong answers in surveys
  • You have clicked on arbitrary answers in surveys
  • You have committed fraud with surveys or offers
  • Other fraud
• Admin Chargeback: A support admin has made a manual correction to your account (with justification).
  • You have illegally charged too much money to your account
  • Our system has assigned an incorrect amount to your account
  • Other fraud

How often do chargebacks occur?

Users who do not commit fraud usually never receive chargebacks. However, users who try to commit fraud receive chargebacks more often. Too many chargebacks will eventually lead to the suspension of your account.
