How long do withdrawals take?

Withdrawals are checked and manually approved by our support mods. Please note that we are not machines and are not available at all times of the day and night. Therefore, a processing time of 1-2 business days is required for withdrawals.

Support requests regarding withdrawals (e.g. “When will I receive my withdrawal?”) will be ignored. Also repeated questions in the chat will result in muting. So please be patient – we try to process withdrawals as soon as possible.
