My Account has been banned

We do not ban accounts without a reason. So if your account was banned, we have a specific reason for it. However, in rare cases, we may be wrong, or we may have made a mistake. We want to give every user the chance to prove their innocence.

  • Frequent chargebacks from our providers
  • Insults and antisocial behavior (e.g. in chat or against support mods)
