My Account has been frozen

If your account has been frozen, you will be able to use Loot-Empire to its full extent – but you will not be able to make any withdrawals. Freezing your account is only temporary and serves to protect you from chargebacks and will last a total of 60 days.

You can continue to complete surveys and offers during this time and will be rewarded with coins. If you have not received any chargebacks after these 60 days, you can withdraw all your Coins.

What are the reasons for frozen accounts?

• Suspicious behavior with surveys and offers
• Repeated closing of the same offers (suspicion of fraud)
• Suspicious logins (e.g. frequent change of country or location)
• Other suspicion of fraud
