Why has my CS:GO withdrawal failed?

CS:GO skins transactions are carried out via an external provider. This works like a traditional Steam trade: A provider offers his skins. When you select a skin on Loot-Empire, a trade is executed. You have to accept this trade. Only when you have accepted the trade, it is completed.

What cases lead to a failed trade?

• It can happen that the provider withdraws his trade.
• If you do not accept the trade, it will not be completed.

In both cases: You will automatically get your coins back and you can choose another or new skin and pay out.
